Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong (the shipping warehouse depends on the stock of the model you have purchased. It is quite possible that your order is shipped from a warehouse located in another country because the model ordered was only available there at the time of ordering). As the logistics are automated by software via Shopify, everything is done automatically to speed up the processing of your order. We carry out weekly stock checks to ensure that the quality of our products is as high as possible.

Current Shipping Conditions Due to a recent surge in demand and ongoing supply chain challenges, shipping times may be slightly extended. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate these circumstances. Please expect an additional 1-4 business days for order processing. Your estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

Due to high demand and extended preparation times, orders placed after December 14th may not arrive before Christmas.

Delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days, depending on where you live (excluding weekends, public holidays and unforeseen delays due to carriers).

This does not include a processing time of 1 to 3 working days. During sales periods, or if the product is in high demand, the processing time may reach 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery times are approximate and depend on the location of your country, your post office and customs practices.

You will be responsible for paying any customs duties or additional charges required by your government or post office.

We will address your item exactly as you have specified. Once the product reaches the destination country, your local post office will distribute the item for delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to contact your local post office for any problems that may arise after our product arrives in the destination country.

If you are ordering from the USA, you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is shipped. If the tracking is not updated for a few days, don't worry, there may be a one or two day delay.

Goods are imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Zenflow to import the goods on their behalf. In addition, the consignee/buyer accepts that Zenflow may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor. The recipient will pay all taxes and customs duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Returned packages for which the sender is not responsible may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned packages that are not the shipper's fault will be made in full, less shipping costs incurred by the shipper.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.



FAQ

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible if the address is entered incorrectly during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and delivery addresses are correct before processing your order. If an error has been made, please inform us no later than 24 hours after placing your order. If the order is not delivered because the end customer has made a mistake in the address, they will receive a refund once they have returned the order to the warehouse, excluding return postage, or the order will be returned to the customer once the address has been replaced with the correct one. If you realize that you have made an address error after the package has been shipped, please inform us as soon as possible. We will try to help you get your parcel delivered before it is returned.



CUSTOMS CHARGES

We are not responsible for shipping charges once items have been shipped. Once you have purchased our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that they may be subject to customs charges when they arrive in your country.



TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your junk mail box, as it may contain the tracking number.



MY TRACKING INDICATES "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order has been placed for more than 5 working days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.



CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel the order within 6 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be taken into account. If the item has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order. Simply send us an e-mail with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
